Session Info

Free 15 minute consultation:

I offer a free 15 minute consultation usually over the phone to answer any and all your concerns and questions. If you feel you prefer to do this in the office, we just schedule the extra time and then go on into your first session if you feel comfortable and confident.

Session length and scheduling:

Sessions are 1 - 1 1/2 hours long. All session are by appointment, not by the hour. This allows us to spend extra time with you as needed at no additional charge. During your initial session we will spend the first 1/2 hour discussing your issue and reviewing your intake form. We will explain the process of hypnotherapy to you and answer any questions. The remainder of the session will be used for your hypnotherapy. Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly or twice-weekly basis, depending on your program objectives and current situation.

Follow up session:

Follow up sessions are approximately one-hour sessions. During your follow up sessions we will review your progress and briefly discuss your experiences of the previous week. Most of the follow up session will be spent in hypnotherapy. During your follow up sessions we use a variety of tools depending on your issue, including direct and indirect suggestion, regression, parts therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). You may be speaking during these techniques, as this is an effective method of releasing limiting beliefs, releasing negative emotions and creating healthy new behavior patterns. Hypnotherapy, unlike talk therapy, can help you to resolve issues more quickly and you can see results in your daily life experiences sooner. The number of sessions varies as much as the issues. We like to start with three sessions about a week apart to really allow each client the full benefit of therapy. This is flexible according to each individuals needs.

Cost: Rates are $220 per session. A program of three sessions is $550.

Flexible payment arrangements available. Because I will spends considerable time putting your custom program and sessions together, clients agreeing to a program are asked to pre-pay their last session at the start of the program.

Under the age of 18?

All clients under the age of 18 will need to have a consent form filled out and signed by their parent or legal guardian. In addition to offering a Teen Empowerment custom program, I see minor children as young as 8 years old. For young children between 8 to 12 years old, I will ask for one parent to be present throughout the entire session. This helps the child to relax more easily and allows the parent to better understand the key concepts and ideas being worked with in session. Additionally, I will be working closely with one or both parents throughout the program and time is given for one-on-one communication between myself and one or both parents. Working together as a team in this way provides the best results for your child.
